Rainy day and misty mountains

 

It rained all night, which makes my kids happy and my dog miserable.

 

So on my dog walk this morning he just stopped under the awning of the Golden Phoenix Chinese food restaurant and wouldn't budge.  There I stood staring at the misty mountains that surround this city while the rain came down.  A peaceful, yet, moist experience.

Tomorrow we all go ice skating to celebrate Phoebe's 12th birthday, and yesterday I survived a dental nightmare.  I'm now the proud owner of a temporary crown on my molar.  Yes, I said temporary.  Which means I have to go BACK!!!  AARGH!
