Doing a Happy Dance!

Yes, that was me, all day yesterday... Doing a happy dance! Because we got them! Our free passes to Disneyland in hand. YAY!
On January 1st I logged on to Disney's website and signed up for their "Give a Day, Get a Day" program. I signed up all six of us (my brother-in-law, Rob, included) to hike local canyons and check manholes and sewer lines for leakage. (I know, I know, Ewww! That sounds gross!) It was actually great. We hiked through canyons, one was around a lake, and looked for trash and unusual odors. We went walking outside, got some exercise each weekend and Chloe fullfilled over 5 hours of service required by her school!

Here's Naomi and Phoebe at the last manhole at Murray Lake. We're signed up to visit "The Magic Kingdom" on April 1st (I picked it because the girls are on spring break and it's a weekday as opposed to a weekend which should be less crowded, also if this is a wild practical joke, it seems like a good day to find out!). This promotion just started in 2010 ,last month, and I recommend it for anyone who lives near one of the parks (huge hint here to my family in Florida!).

Anyway I've got another image to share from "Final Resting Place"

Have a wonderful weekend - I'm still dancing here!

This is a really good initiative. I can well imagine how much you're looking forward to your visit to Disneyland now.
