Art auctions and a day at the museum

Mike came home from Comic Con quite exhausted. Then last Saturday I picked up Naomi and a bunch of other Phoenix teens from a rest stop in Quartzsite, AZ, halfway home from a youth camp in California. She left for camp from San Diego and spent a week in the mountains so she was also pretty wiped out.

I have taught my last drawing class for Abrakadoodle, Scottsdale and it seems my boss wants to retire. If anyone is interested in buying a very busy and successful franchise this is the link to the Facebook page.

The last couple of weeks I've been eBaying my art from my comic book series "The Horribles".

This series has SO many pages and books and art. This will take a while to sell it all.

As usual it is quite hot here in Phoenix so last Wednesday we took an evening to go out to the museum. This guy was near the entrance.

The Phoenix Art Museum never disappoints. Every time I go most of the exhibits are new.

This "Big, Big Mac" was very surprising.

It was pretty cool from the front as well.

There are great things about this museum, other than it's free on Wednesdays and is a massive air conditioned space outside of our increasingly crowded place as we prepare to move.

But those are the 2 things that brought us there this week.

Have an incredible weekend!
